I spent over a decade as a sonographer interpreting frequencies and listening deeply to the quiet rhythms within the human body. I worked at the delicate threshold of life and death guided by precision, intuition, and care.Then came a profound turning point...the birth of my son and a life-saving emergency surgery that changed everything and left me devastated. In the dark void of loss and grief, I discovered something sacred: a divine calling. Some might say my dharma.Sound had always been part of my life but now it became my guide for healing, purpose, and transformation. I stepped away from acute care diagnostics in December 2024 and into sound healing, where I no longer scan for life, I help restore it.Through crystal singing bowls, tuning forks and an array of other instruments, I offer sound baths that gently return you to yourself. My sessions are not just experiences, they are energetic remembrances. A space where conscious and subconscious merge and the outcome is held with reverence.This path chose me and I walk it with deep gratitude and an open heart.Welcome to my sacred sound container. They will be held in a private studio in Wildomar, CA.•Community group sessions range from $65 - $75 per person depending on the class offered.•1:1 sessions are $150 for an hour and half session and include your choice of cacao or rose tea before the start of your session.•Private/Corporate group events are $65 per person for 60 minutes + additional charge for mileage to events traveled over 25 miles from Lake Elsinore, CA.

What Is A Sound Bath, And What Can I Expect?
A sound bath is a deeply immersive experience where you’re “bathed” in the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other therapeutic sounds. It’s intentionally orchestrated to guide you into a meditative state, helping the mind and body slow down, release tension, and recalibrate. While some experience visions, emotions, or deep rest, others may simply feel relaxed or grounded. There is no right or wrong way to receive as your journey is your own.Is This Religious Or Spiritual?
While the experience can feel spiritual or moving, sound baths do not impose any specific belief system. You are free to interpret your experience in a way that resonates personally with you. All are welcome here.How Long Does A Session Last?
Sessions typically run 60 to 75 minutes depending on the offering. This includes brief grounding guidance at the beginning and integration time at the end.What Should I Bring?
~Most importantly, an open heart and open mind
~A yoga mat or anything you’re comfortable laying on for about an hour
~A blanket, as body temperature can drop in a meditative state
~Water for hydration afterward
~Optional: an eye mask for deeper rest and a journal for reflections post-journey
~Dress comfortably in layers for ease and warmthWhat Age Is Appropriate For Attending?
My sound baths are open to ages 12 and up, as long as the attending parent or guardian feels the child can remain still, quiet, and respectful of the space for the full duration.When Should I Arrive?
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in, find your spot, and use the restroom if needed.
Out of respect for all attendees, anyone arriving more than 5 minutes late will not be permitted to enter, as the sound bath begins in sacred stillness and is not meant to be disrupted once underway.
